| We'd like to tell you about a new way to use Lonely Planet. It's called Profiles – and this is how it works. Profiles joins together all parts of Lonely Planet: our website, shop and video hub, plus our Guides app – and introduces some pretty cool (and handy) new features. You can now: - Bookmark your favourite places
- Create personal, themed lists and itineraries
- Share these lists with friends and community members
- Discover and save videos to watch whenever you want

| Here's how to get started: | | |
|
| 1. Create your Profile | Nice and easy – just pop in a few details. You can then tell our online community a little about yourself, like your favourite place or what's on your bucket list. | 2. Get bookmarking | Save videos and bookmark your favourite points of interest from across our website and mobile apps – and they'll get automatically added to your account. | 3. Create custom lists | Use your bookmarked places to create personal lists for places you love or want to visit, such as the top ten Paris essentials or five thousand years of history in Orkney, Scotland. | And that's it. It's time to sign up, sign in and start planning your next adventure. | If you have a question or need a little clarification on something, you might find the answer in our FAQs. | | | | |
