Trump to Visit Notre Dame Cathedral President-elect Donald Trump will travel to Paris for the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral on Saturday. This will mark Trump's first trip abroad since his election win.
"President Emmanuel Macron has done a wonderful job ensuring that Notre Dame has been restored to its full level of glory, and even more so. It will be a very special day for all!" Trump said on Truth Social.
President Macron will deliver an address on Saturday. The following day, the cathedral is set to reopen to the public after five years of restoration from a devastating fire in 2019.
