Pennsylvania County Investigates Voter Fraud Allegations

Judge Blocks Voter Purge in Virginia

On an expedited basis, a federal judge on Oct. 25 halted a recent Virginia program to purge noncitizens from voter rolls. The ruling came one day after the Justice Department (DOJ) urged the judge to issue a preliminary injunction against the program.

Gov. Glenn Youngkin said the ruling would reinstate more than 1,500 individuals already identified as noncitizens back onto voter rolls. Youngkin, who initiated the effort, vowed to appeal the decision.

Just a week ago, another federal judge in Alabama imposed a similar injunction, where the DOJ sued the state's program aimed at removing noncitizen voters. Read the full story here›
